What do I need to do?

The following should be considered when you first use Vision Tasks:

• Training, complete the Vision Tasks eLearning and view the short tutorial videos.
• Security Rights , ensure the correct staff at your practice have access rights to Vision Tasks.
• Staff Groups, review and, where necessary create, Staff Groups to enable the most effective allocation of Vision Tasks.
• Set up RBAC (England only).
• Set up Task Templates, to speed up the manual task creation process.
